It has been said, the stories we do not tell people matter more than the stories we do tell people. As your therapist, we will explore your story together to help you achieve self-acceptance, self-love and most importantly healing.

The journey through trauma, pain and healing can be complex and confusing while experiencing mixed emotions that often change. I utilize the person centered and family centered approach, focusing on evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My goal is to assist you in understanding, processing and overcoming the trauma you have experienced by providing effective coping skills and strategies to release repetitive patterns of behavior and to develop healthier thought patterns and behaviors.

While practicing effective CBT techniques we will identify problems and negative thinking patterns to reshape your thought process which will change the way you feel and allow you to discover your full potential with your peers, relationships, career and most importantly yourself.

I work with individuals, families, middle adolescents, adults and geriatric population with terminal illnesses, grief, trauma, depression, anxiety and other mood related disorders.  You are not alone though your mental health journey. Call today to begin your story of healing.
