Dominique is a licensed graduate social worker in Washington, D.C, and Maryland.  She is a graduate of the illustrious Howard University School of Social Work and has years of experience connecting individuals and families to resources/services within the community. The focus of her practice is uplifting individuals to overcome obstacles with their own strength, which they may overlook or not know they have, using a comprehensive, holistic approach for healthier well-being.

Life can be difficult at times, right? But who says we have to go through those times alone. I know talking to your friends or parents might help for a second, but you might not even feel comfortable sharing with anyone what you are going through. Seeking therapy to assist you on your journey to coping and healing is a big step, so applaud yourself for taking this initiative.

I’m here to help you on that journey, whatever stage you may be in. I provide individual and group counseling for adolescents and young adults using person-centered, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and strength-based therapy. I make it a priority to provide a safe space where my clients feel understood and comfortable to express their feelings or concerns.

No one knows you better than yourself, so let’s work together to find your triggers and establish adequate coping skills to eliminate these rough patches. With my optimistic outlook and encouraging spirit, together we can make life easier and get you back on track. I’m currently accepting new clients.
