Over my life, I have become extremely passionate about guiding people to become their best selves. Healing our mental well-being can allow us to live our lives to the fullest and achieve our dreams. As a mental health practitioner, I plan to use my skills and various evidence-based techniques to support you in your healing journey. The relationship between client and counselor is a partnership. As the client, you will set the goals, and as the counselor, it will be my job to empower you in your journey.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy, among other methods, which can assist you in managing your challenges. Our life experiences shape us and lead us on different journeys. The therapeutic process can be eye-opening, and it is essential to be truthful during the process. Being ready for therapy means you are prepared to start a new chapter in your life. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we will create a plan to help you feel confident about your future.
