Join our specialized classes, each spanning a 24-week cycle. Many of our clients opt to continue for multiple cycles to enhance their skills further. Within this timeframe, participants delve into the core modules of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), including Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.

  • Mindfulness Skills: Cultivate awareness and attention control to balance rationality and emotions, fostering a grounded presence.
  • Interpersonal Effectiveness Skills: Learn to assert needs, establish boundaries, and nurture healthier relationships while fostering self-respect.
  • Emotion Regulation Skills: Gain mastery over emotions, fostering the ability to navigate and shift emotional states toward positivity.
  • Distress Tolerance Skills: Develop strategies to cope with intense emotions and challenging situations in constructive ways.
  • For participants and their families, we offer an additional module: “Walking the Middle Path for Families,” aimed at fostering improved communication, dialectical thinking, reinforcement strategies, and validation to promote harmony within the family unit.
