I am passionate about helping people discover the best of themselves so they can flourish. I have been exposed to many life experiences and have learned that we are on a journey in life that includes complex and challenging times. My goal as amental health practitioner is to help you discover your inner strengths and motivation to navigate through life’s challenges. As we build a trusting relationship, I will help you define your goals and work together to discover tools and skills to help you reach those goals.
As I work with you, I will use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) modalities. Also, as a graduate-level clinician, I participate in clinical supervision to receive feedback on the effectiveness and quality of care of all my clients. This provides both you and me with an added layer of expertise in your treatment.
So, if you’re looking for therapy, congratulations – that means you may be ready to take the next steps to live a life of flourishing – not just surviving but thriving! Reaching out for help isn’t always easy, especially when you’re struggling with sensitive, personal, or professional problems. I am currently accepting new clients, so call for your free telephone consultation. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you on your life journey.
